FINALEMENT! It's here, well nearly, approximately 9 hours to go until the most coveted H&M collection hit's the web and London stores. I was super lucky enough to be invited to the Vogue and GQ event tonight where we were able to shop the collection a little earlier. Having said that, within 30 minutes everything flew off the shelves as anticipated so if you're heading there tomorrow be prepared!
Vogue and GQ treated us to champagne, cocktails and canapés whilst we (politely) fought with one another to get our hands on those sought after pieces from the lookbook.
I was pretty darn happy with what I managed to find amongst the crowds, including the grey sweater, printed blouse and jeans! The lucky few who managed to score the coats and boots were truly lucky - I was so impressed with the materialss, they most certainly didn't cut corners where fabrics were concerned and, regardless of the 'H&M' tag they will definitely be wardrobe classics and investment pieces for seasons to come.
